Here at Silver by Mail providing the best quality products and service is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 28 days and we will happily provide a refund or alternatively, exchange the item accordingly. Please note all returned items need to be returned unworn.
For all refunds and exchanges for orders placed on our website, please use our returns portal.

To ensure your item is eligible for return it must:
Returned within 28 days of purchase
Be unworn, earrings cannot be tried on
No signs of wear or damage
In its original condition and packaging
We don't accept returns for the following items:
Earrings that have been worn
Engraved Products
Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 2-5 days of receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary.
Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.
Please note, Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
However, goods received damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery provided you inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.
Telephone and Postal Order Returns and Exchanges
Please complete the reverse side of the dispatch note included within your order detailing the items being returned and how you wish to proceed. We would be grateful if you could include a contact telephone number or email address so that we may contact you regarding your return if necessary.
If you do not have a copy of the delivery note, please include a covering letter within your return parcel, including your address details, telephone number, the reason for return and how you wish to proceed.
We recommend using a Royal Mail tracked service to return items, at the very least we recommend you obtain a Certificate of Postage as you are legally responsible for the goods until they reach us.

International Returns:
Unfortunately, any parcels returned from an international address will be at your own cost. Subsequent redispatch of returned/exchanged items will be subject to additional shipping costs. As stated above, we also recommend a free receipt of postage be obtained when returning orders from overseas as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
