Our last recommended order dates for Christmas deliver are -
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail First Class) - Friday 19th December
Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery) - Tuesday 23rd December
Delivery Charges
The charge for UK standard postage and packing is £3.95. Our standard delivery time is usually 48-72 hours. If we receive an order on our website before 2pm we aim to despatch the order the same day.
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £60
Please be advised that during busier periods such as sale or Christmas, some parcels may take slightly longer to be delivered.
Please note that all orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
If you require a Next Day delivery service this can be selected at the confirm and pay stage of our checkout. For this service we charge £7.95 and orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify.
Next Day orders placed on a Friday are delivered on a Monday and Next Day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are delivered on the following Tuesday. Next day orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered the following Wednesday. Please note that all Next Day orders require a signature upon delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot offer Next Day Delivery to postcodes beginning with GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16-KW17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3.
Please note that we do offer an International Delivery Service; delivery to Europe will cost £12.00, USA delivery cost is £15, the Rest of the World deliver cost is £20.00.
The recipient may then have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country the order is sent to and charged at the time of delivery.
Overseas orders are sent by airmail. Approximate delivery times are:
- Eire 10 days
- Europe 10 days
- USA/Canada 14 days
- Elsewhere 14 days
We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
